Drive-In Workshops 

To support school-based and CBO counselors as they prepare students for post-secondary studies, TACAC hosts Drive-In Workshops for school counselors throughout the year in cities across Texas. You'll gain information from seasoned professionals in order to better assist students with selecting a college, navigating the application process, and more!

• financial aid and FAFSA completion
• holistic review in college admissions
• the role of letters of recommendation
• NCAA guidelines and recruitment tips
• ideas for helping students craft a great essay
• how to manage your caseload, high school profiles
• resources for counselors, organizing a college fair
• having difficult conversations
• sending your artists to college
• working with different populations of students
