MMI is a professional development program designed for both current and aspiring managers working in higher education. Attendees have three to five years of experience in the field and are looking to grow as leaders in their careers. MMI is a cohort-style program centered on building TACAC leaders. Participants will attend robust virtual sessions throughout the year and complete their experience with an in-person session at the annual conference. MMI attendees can expect a rigorous curriculum built around dynamic educational sessions and collaborative learning experiences between program participants. Attendees will hear from leaders in the field and get hands-on experiences that will prepare them for management in higher education.
