San Antonio TACAC Spring College Fair

Free and open to the public, TACAC fairs connect you with colleges and universities in one convenient location.

The fair will take place on March 25, 2025, from 6:30 - 8:00 PM CST at Saint Mary's Hall (9401 Starcrest Dr, San Antonio, TX 78217). 

Students: Register in advance with StriveScan by completing a quick form. After you sign up, StriveScan will send a barcode via text message and email. At the college fair, present your barcode to college representatives to receive more information about that college. The next day, you will receive an email with a report of all of the colleges and representatives you met, along with their contact information and social media profiles.

Registration: No need to register yourself for the college fair; however, encourage your students to sign up for a barcode before they attend the fair at www.strivefair.com.

Student Leads: TACAC is excited to partner with StriveScan to provide student scanning through their app. StriveScan is included with your registration fee for all TACAC spring college fairs. Registered institutions will receive the unlock code 1 week prior. Student data can be exported instantly. Registration Terms & Policies

• A credit card payment is required at time of registration. There is not an option to pay later. 
• All payments are made directly to StriveScan.
• Registration will be open until one week before each event or event capacity is met; whichever comes first.
• Onsite registration is not guaranteed and will be as space allows. Onsite registration will require credit card payment to participate.
• It is at your own risk if you decide to travel to the fair knowing space may not be available and you may be turned away.
• Late registrations may be excluded from printed materials, website, and/or alphabetical placement at fair.
• Registrations are non-refundable and all payments are final.
