During business hours, you may contact for assistance per normal business hours procedures. After business hours, follow the prompts to leave a message or to be connected to the after-hours clinician.

HealHaus is a space created in Brooklyn to provide accessible and inclusive wellness to their community. You can receive monthly or daily access to both live stream yoga and meditation classes with our HH practitioners.

Viva Wellness
Viva Wellness offers therapy, coaching and a plethora of resources (free and paid) to monitor your wellness.

COVID Emotional-Support Helpline
Free access to specially trained mental health specialists to support people who may be experiencing anxiety or stress following the recent developments around COVID-19. This helpline is provided by Optum and will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Harris County Mental Health COVID-19 Support Line
The Harris Center is operating the 24/7 statewide COVID-19 mental health support line launched by Texas Health and Human Services. The support line offers trauma-informed support and psychological first aid to those experiencing stress and anxiety related to COVID-19
